Rob's spicey fried noodles
- 2 oz Rice
- 4 oz Spaghetti
- 2 tbsp Onion
- 2 tbsp Tomato
- 2 tsp Ginger
- 3/4 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Cooking oil
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 Egg
- First you will need to heat up a saute pan, then add the cooking oil (olive, or canola can be used).
- Prep the onion, tomato, and ginger.
- Dice the veggies quite small, after thats done toss the prepped veggies into the hot saute pan.
- Take the rice, soy sauce, and red chilli powder, and simply mix it up in a bowl.
- Then toss it into the pan.
- Take the speghetti, and chop it into 2 inch strands.
- Then toss it into a pan.
- Cook all of those ingredients for about five minutes.
- Then add the one egg.
- The last step will take a while, so you need some pacients.
- You want the rice, and noodles to be crispy and golden browned.
- Cook it for about 15 minutes at almost high heat.
- Then you gotta eat it.
