Dalmatian Fried Prawns

  1. Put prawns in a bowl and pour olive oil.
  2. Mix it and let it stay in cold place for 60 minutes.
  3. Heat frying pan well.
  4. You do not have to put oil init because prawns are already greasy.
  5. Salt them before frying.
  6. Fry shortly until you see them done (They will become not so transparent and meat will become white).
  7. Mix lemon juice and finely minced garlic and pour over prawns.
  8. Mix again to cover all prawns and eat (with your hands).
  9. Provide a lot of paper towels.
