Dalmatian Fried Prawns
- 1000 g prawns
- 12 cup olive oil
- 1 large garlic clove
- 7 g salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (fresh)
- Put prawns in a bowl and pour olive oil.
- Mix it and let it stay in cold place for 60 minutes.
- Heat frying pan well.
- You do not have to put oil init because prawns are already greasy.
- Salt them before frying.
- Fry shortly until you see them done (They will become not so transparent and meat will become white).
- Mix lemon juice and finely minced garlic and pour over prawns.
- Mix again to cover all prawns and eat (with your hands).
- Provide a lot of paper towels.
