Frosted Holiday Angels

  1. Combine all frosting ingredients in bowl.
  2. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until fluffy.
  3. Tint frosting as desired in pastel colors.
  4. Reserve some white or yellow frosting for attaching heads, hair and faces.
  5. Place sugar cone upside down; frost.
  6. Attach pretzel twist to cone with frosting to make wings.
  7. Decorate angel body as desired with decorator gels, frostings and candies.
  8. Let stand 5-10 minutes to set.
  9. Create angel head by decorating wafer cookie with candies using frosting to attach eyes, nose and mouth.
  10. Attach head to cone with frosting.
  11. Create hair by spreading thin layer of frosting on top and back of cookie; cover with coconut.
  12. Let stand 5-10 minutes or until frosting is set.
  13. Place fruit-flavored ring-shaped candy on top of cookie for halo.
