Easy Rhubarb Jam Recipe

  1. Combine rhubarb, sugar and pineapple.
  2. Cook on low heat to dissolve sugar.
  3. Turn up heat and then cook on medium heat for 12-15 min to rolling boil.
  4. Remove from heat and add in Jello, stirring till dissolved.
  5. Ladle into warm sterilized jars and place on lids and tighten.
  6. Should make 8 half pints.
  7. Can use cherry, strawberry or possibly raspberry Jello.
