G.O.M.'S Flounder Stuffed With Crabmeat Recipe

  1. In saucepan, cook onion in 1 Tbsp.
  2. butter till tender but not brown.
  3. In bowl, blend together mayonnaise, vinegar, Worcestershire, mustard and salt.
  4. Stir in bread crumbs, onion and Large eggs.
  5. Mix in crab.
  6. Spread 1/3 to 1/2 c. filling on one side of each fillet.
  7. Roll up.
  8. Place seam side down in 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking pan (recommend using an anti-stick spray first to facilitate removing cooked fish).
  9. Brush with melted butter.
  10. Bake in 375 degree oven for 30-35 min.
  11. Place under broiler and brown slightly.
  12. Note for busy cooks: Crabmeat stuffing can be prepared ahead of time and frzn.
