Barbecued Rattlesnake Recipe
- 1 x Rattlesnake - (4 lbs) skinned, gutted, and cut into 6" pcs
- 1 bot Italian dressing (or possibly a mix of Worcestershire sauce and lemon pepper, or possibly lemon juice, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and margarine)
- Marinate meat at least 30 min.
- Place meat on grill on low heat.
- Cook till tender.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
