Chipper Chocolate Chipper Recipe
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 2 c. butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 c. Frangelico liqueur
- 1/4 c. Tia Maria liqueur
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 3 Large eggs
- 6 c. pastry flour
- 1 1/2 pound chocolate chips
- 4 ounce. pecans (minced)
- 4 ounce. walnuts (minced)
- Cream together sugars, butter, baking soda, liqueurs and salt till light and creamy.
- While creaming, add in Large eggs one at a time till well blended.
- Add in pastry flour, chocolate chips and nuts.
- Mix till well blended.
- Place on greased cookie sheet pan and bake at 350 degrees till golden, about 10 min.
- Makes about 4 dozen.
