Smothered Beef in Beer

  1. Dredge beef in flour and parsley.
  2. Place in a greased casserole dish.
  3. Pour beer over beef.
  4. Top with onions and cover tightly.
  5. Cook at 350 degrees for 2-1/2 hours.
