Easy Cream Pasta in 10 Minutes
- 50 grams Chicken thigh
- 1/4 Onion
- 1 tbsp White flour
- 150 ml Milk
- 1 tsp Soup stock granules (Consomme bouillon granules or powder)
- 100 grams Pasta
- 2 liter Water
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 as much (to taste) Coarsely ground black pepper
- Boil water to cook the pasta.
- Once the water comes to a boil, add salt and pasta, and cook the pasta.
- While waiting for the water to boil, slice the onions thinly, and cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat the frying pan, drizzle on vegetable oil (not listed in the ingredients list), stir fry the chicken thigh, and once the chicken is cooked halfway through, add the onion.
- When the chicken and the onion are cooked through, sprinkle on flour, and stir fry until everything is blended well.
- As long as you combine the ingredients thoroughly at this point, you won't end up with clumps.
- Once the flour has blended in, pour in the milk, add the soup stock granules, and simmer until it thickens.
- Once the sauce thickens, season with salt and pepper (not listed in the ingredients list).
- Drain the water from the pasta, transfer the pasta to a serving plate, pour the sauce over the pasta, and garnish with coarsely ground black pepper to finish.
