Butter Chicken

  1. Mix buttermilk, ginger, garlic and spices together.
  2. Add tomato paste.
  3. Add washed and cubed chicken to marinade; allow to marinate for 30 minutes.
  4. While chicken is marinating, saute the onions in the butter, on medium heat.
  5. Add marinated chicken, cook for 15 minutes on medium-low heat.
  6. Remove from heat, add fresh cream and stir well.
  7. Return to heat, cook for 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped corriander leaves.
  9. Serve immediately.
