Barley Salad Recipe

  1. Cook barley with salt as box says, about 45 min to 1 hour.
  2. Drain and rinse.
  3. Cut vegetables into small pcs.
  4. Mix all ingredients into barley.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Can be made 1 or possibly 2 days before you need it.
  7. Mix again and serve.
