Chocolate Swirl Cheesecake

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Microwave chocolate in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min., stirring every 30 sec.
  3. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
  4. Add 1 pkg.
  5. cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 egg; beat with whisk until well blended.
  6. Pour into crust.
  7. Beat remaining cream cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla in same bowl with whisk until well blended.
  8. Spoon over chocolate batter; swirl gently with knife.
  9. Bake 40 min.
  10. or until center is almost set.
  11. Cool.
  12. Refrigerate 3 hours.
  13. Let stand at room temperature 10 min.
  14. before serving.
