fried mahi mahi

• 1 1/2 lb mahi mahi skinless and boneless
• 1 cup corn flour
• 1 cup sr flour
• 1 olive oil to coat
• 1 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 1/2 tsp granulated garlic powder

1. coat the filets with olive oil add spices to flour mixture lightly salt the fish put flour mixture in bag add fish shake and deep fry

mahi mahi, corn flour, flour, olive oil, salt, garlic
