Italian-Style Marinated Chicken

  1. Pour dressing over chicken in large resealable plastic bag; seal bag.
  2. Refrigerate 30 min.
  3. Heat oven to 400F.
  4. Remove chicken from bag; discard bag and dressing.
  5. Dip chicken in coating mix in shallow dish, turning to evenly coat each piece.
  6. Bake in foil-lined pan 20 min.
  7. or until chicken is done (165F).
