Low Fat Carrot Bars

  1. Beat the eggs, add the sugar, applesauce, and water.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Add the salt, cinnamon, and flours.
  4. Mix well, add the carrots and mix well.
  5. Pour into a greased 10 x 15 pan.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
  7. Cool completely.
  8. Beat butter and cream cheese until smooth.
  9. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  10. Spread over the bars.
