Aloha Pork Chops

  1. In large skillet brown pork chops on both sides in hot oil.
  2. Drain off fat.
  3. Transfer chops to crockpot.
  4. In a bowl combine undrained pineapple,green sweet pepper,water,brown sugar,tapioca,catsup,soy sauce,and dry mustard,pour over chops.
  5. Cover,cook on low heat setting for 6 to 8 hours or high heat setting for 3 to 4 hours Skim fat from sauce.
  6. Serve over hot cooked rice.
