Coffee Crusted Pork Chops
- Canola Oil, As Needed To Coat Pan
- 3 Tablespoons Ground Coffee (I Like A Sweet Flavor Here, Like Caramel Macchiato)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoons Cumin
- 4 whole Center Cut Pork Chops (boneless Or Bone-in Both Work Here)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a big cast iron skillet with canola oil and heat over medium high heat.
- While pan gets hot, in a bowl, thoroughly stir together ground coffee, salt, chili powder, paprika, and cumin.
- Take pork chops and generously rub mixture all over on both sides.
- Get crusted pork chops into pan to sear on first side for 34 minutes to let them get gorgeously brown.
- Then flip them over to brown on other side for another 34 minutes.
- Carefully transfer pan to oven to make sure they completely get cooked through for about 5 more minutes.
- Take pan out once pork chops are done and let rest for a couple of minutes.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
