Marinated Tuna Rice Bowl
- 200 grams Fresh tuna (sashimi quality)
- 1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 Kinshi tamago (finely shredded thin omelet)
- 700 grams Sushi rice
- 1 Sweetened vinegar
- Make the sushi rice.
- Cut the tuna up into easy to eat pieces, and marinate the ingredients for about 20 minutes.
- Put the sushi rice in a bowl, top with the marinated tuna, scatter nori seaweed, and put wasabi on the side.
- Optionally top with kinshi tamago (thinly shredded omelet).
- Use 1 egg per 2 servings.
