Marinated Tuna Rice Bowl

  1. Make the sushi rice.
  2. Cut the tuna up into easy to eat pieces, and marinate the ingredients for about 20 minutes.
  3. Put the sushi rice in a bowl, top with the marinated tuna, scatter nori seaweed, and put wasabi on the side.
  4. Optionally top with kinshi tamago (thinly shredded omelet).
  5. Use 1 egg per 2 servings.
