Basil, Sour Cream & Summer Tomato Soup

  1. Mix sour cream and 3 Tbsp.
  2. pepper sauce until blended.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  4. Combine remaining pepper sauce and all other remaining ingredients except crackers.
  5. Blend, in batches, in blender until smooth.
  6. Pour into large bowl.
  7. Refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled.
  8. Serve topped with sour cream with crackers on the side.
