Basic Best Salmon Loaf Recipe
- 15 1/2 ounce Canned Alaska salmon
- 2 c. Soft bread crumbs
- 1/3 c. Finely chopped onions
- 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 Tbsp. Minced parsley
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp Dill weed
- 1 dsh Black pepper
- Drain and flake salmon, reserving 2 Tbsp.
- liquid.
- Combine flaked salmon and reserved liquid with remaining ingredients.
- Place in well-greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pan or possibly shape into loaf on greased baking pan.
- Bake at 350 F for 45 min.
