Peaches and Cream Crepes

• 4 fresh peaches, pitted and sliced
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1/2 lemon
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 6 crepes

1. In bowl combine peaches, sugar and a squirt of lemon.
2. Toss to combine.
3. Spread sour cream over crepe.
4. Top with peaches.
5. Fold into quarters and serve.
