Chicken With Rice Recipe

  1. Sprinkle onion soup mix and rice in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
  2. Mix soup with water.
  3. Pour over mix in pan.
  4. Dip chicken in oil, roll in crushed cornflakes.
  5. Place chicken on top of rice.
  6. Cover tightly with foil.
  7. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
  8. Remove cover and bake 1 hour longer.
