Chocolate-Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 tsp. Magic Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 cup non-hydrogenated margarine
- 1/2 cup Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granular no-calorie sweetener
- 1 egg
- 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 6 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, coarsely chopped
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Combine flour, oats, baking powder and baking soda.
- Beat margarine, peanut butter, brown sugar and sweetener in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy.
- Add egg and vanilla; mix well.
- Gradually add flour mixture, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in chocolate.
- Drop heaping tablespoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets; flatten slightly.
- Bake 10 to 11 min.
- or until lightly browned.
- Cool on baking sheet 1 min.
- Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
