Layered Chicken and Vegetable Salad
- 6 cups chopped napa cabbage
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 2 large carrots, shredded King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1/2 cup sliced radishes
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh gingerroot
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar & Monterey Jack Cheeses
- 1/3 cup MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
- 1/3 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
- Spread cabbage onto bottom of 8- or 9-inch square glass dish; top with chicken.
- Add layers of carrots, sprouts, onions, ginger and cheese.
- Combine dressing and sour cream; spread evenly over cheese.
- Cover and refrigerate 3 hours or until chilled.
