Three Bean Chili
- 1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) chili-style stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) black beans, drained, rinsed
- 1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) red kidney beans, drained, rinsed
- 1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) pinto beans, drained, rinsed
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Tex Mex Cheese
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Combine tomatoes, beans, salsa and seasonings in large saucepan; mix well.
- Bring to boil.
- Reduce heat to medium-low; cover.
- Simmer 10 min., stirring occasionally.
- Serve topped with cheese, sour cream and cilantro.
