Fajita Dog
- 1 pkg. (16 oz) OSCAR MAYER Jumbo Beef Franks or Wieners
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 EACH: red, yellow and green pepper, sliced into strips
- 1 small white onion, sliced into rings
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
- 8 flour tortillas (6 inch), warmed
- Heat franks as directed on package or grill until thoroughly heated.
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
- Add peppers, onion, chili powder and cumin; cook and stir 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Serve franks on tortillas with pepper mixture; roll-up.
