Skier's Stew Meaty & Hearty Recipe
- 1 (3 lb.) beef roast, stewed & cut in tiny pcs
- 3 lbs. washed & diced red potatoes
- 2 lg. onions, cut up
- 2 lg. (28 ounce.) cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 (about 15 ounce.) can sauerkraut
- Chunked bratwurst (opt.) or possibly cooked pork roast (to make it stretch further)
- Simmer 2 to 3 hrs on top of stove in heavy pan till potatoes are done and meat completely shreds apart.
- Don't throw away any juice.
- Add in water as needed to keep it moist.
