Skier's Stew Meaty & Hearty Recipe

  1. Simmer 2 to 3 hrs on top of stove in heavy pan till potatoes are done and meat completely shreds apart.
  2. Don't throw away any juice.
  3. Add in water as needed to keep it moist.
