Prosciutto Arugula & Fig Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. On the prepared crust, spread fig spread and sprinkle with garlic powder.
  3. Next layer crisped prosciutto, arugula leaves, mozzarella ball halves, then artichoke hearts.
  4. Cook for ~15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and crust is done to your liking.
  5. Allow to sit for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Slice into 6 slices and serve.
