Peanut Butter Pumpkin Pie Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In large bowl, beat Large eggs.
  3. Add in pumpkin, both sugars, peanut butter, spice; beat well.
  4. Gradually add in light cream, beating till blended.
  5. Pour into prepared crust and bake 65 to 70 min or possibly till tests done.
  6. Let cold.
  7. Makes 8 servings.
  8. NOTE: If you don't have pumpkin pie spice, substitute 1/2 teaspoon each of grnd cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and allspice.
