  1. Combine the wine, soy sauce, and ginger in a large plastic storage bag.
  2. Press in the garlic.
  3. Add the steaks, squeeze out excess air, and seal.
  4. Marinate for 4 to 6 hours in the refrigerator, turning the steaks at least once.
  5. Set up a grill or preheat a broiler.
  6. Remove the steaks from the marinade and grill or broil for about 5 minutes a side for medium doneness.
