Cheesy Italian Pasta Bake

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Cook pasta as directed on package.
  2. Meanwhile, brown meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; drain.
  3. Stir in vegetables and sauce; cook 5 min.
  4. or until vegetables are tender.
  5. Drain pasta.
  6. Add to meat mixture along with VELVEETA; mix well.
  7. Spoon into 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with Parmesan.
  8. Bake 15 to 20 min.
  9. or until heated through.
