Vegas Brisket Chili

  1. Heat oil in large stockpot on medium-high heat.
  2. Add onions; saute 10 min.
  3. or until tender.
  4. Add ground sirloin; cook until browned, stirring frequently.
  5. Drain.
  6. Reduce heat to low.
  7. Add tomato paste, garlic and seasonings; mix well.
  8. Stir in remaining ingredients; simmer, uncovered, 20 to 30 min.
  9. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
