Maple Roasted Chicken Legs

  1. Poke each chicken with a folk to help marinate the chicken well with the sauce.
  2. Peel and slice the garlic cloves.
  3. Put the chicken into a plastic food bag with all other ingredients.
  4. Knead the bag by hand.
  5. Seal and leave for one night in the fridge.
  6. Preheat the oven to 200C/400F.
  7. Cover a baking tray with oven paper.
  8. Pour the contents of the bag into the tray.
  9. Cook for about half an hour, but 5 min before finishing, turn each chicken upside down to give them a nice crispy-brown colour.
