Beef Pastry Recipe
- 2 crust pie shell
- 6 potatoes, sliced thin
- 1 pound steak, cubed
- 2 onions (med.)
- Butter
- Salt and pepper
- 1 c. boiling water
- Line 9 inch pie dish with pie crust.
- Add in cubed steak, salt, and pepper; dot with butter.
- Add in thinly sliced onion and sliced potatoes.
- Dot with butter, salt, and pepper.
- Add in the 1 c. boiling water and put the remaining pie crust on top.
- Bake in 400 degree oven for 15 min.
- Reduce to 375 degrees.
- Bake two hrs or possibly till meat is tender.
