Coffee Liqueur

  1. Stir sugar syrup and instant coffee until very smooth.
  2. Pour into a 4 cup (1 quart) screw top jar.
  3. Stir in vodka and vanilla.
  4. Close jar.
  5. Store in a cool, dark place for a minimum of 1 week to allow it to age.
