Coffee Liqueur
- 1-1/2 cup Basic Sugar Syrup #2
- 1/4 cup instant coffee powder
- 1-1/3 cup vodka
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 qt. glass container
- Stir sugar syrup and instant coffee until very smooth.
- Pour into a 4 cup (1 quart) screw top jar.
- Stir in vodka and vanilla.
- Close jar.
- Store in a cool, dark place for a minimum of 1 week to allow it to age.
