Salmon Burgers on Sprouted Grain Rolls
- 4 whole Salmon Burger Patties
- 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons Mustard
- 4 whole Sprouted Grain Rolls
- 4 slices Tomato
- 4 slices Red Onion
- 16 slices Pickles
- 4 pieces Romaine Lettuce

- Grill salmon patties (frozen patties recommended) to desired inner temperature (I prefer well-done).

- Spread mayonnaise and mustard on one side of a roll, then place the patty on the other half.

- Add your choice of toppings.
