Chipotle-Corn Stuffing

  1. Cook onions in butter in large skillet 2 to 3 min.
  2. or until onions are tender.
  3. Add corn, water and pepper puree.
  4. Bring to boil.
  5. Remove from heat; stir in stuffing mix and half of the process cheese.
  6. Spoon into 2 full hotel pans (or 1/2 hotel pan for trial recipe); sprinkle with remaining process cheese.
  7. Cover; hold on steam table up to 1-1/2 hours.
