Cranberry Shockers
- 23 cup shortening
- 23 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 14 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 cups flour
- 12 cup walnuts, chopped
- 13 cup dried cranberries
- 12 cup white chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Cream shortening, butter, and sugars in a large bowl with a mixer.
- Add eggs and extract, and beat until smooth.
- Add baking soda and 1 cup of flour.
- Stir with wooden spoon.
- Add 1 cup of flour and stir until smooth.
- Add the last cup of flour and stir.
- Add walnuts, dried cranberries, and white chocolate chips until incorporated.
- Grease pan and drop dough by using rounded table spoon measurement.
- Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven, let cool on pan for 2 minutes, and then transfer to wire rack.
