Cranberry Shockers

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Cream shortening, butter, and sugars in a large bowl with a mixer.
  3. Add eggs and extract, and beat until smooth.
  4. Add baking soda and 1 cup of flour.
  5. Stir with wooden spoon.
  6. Add 1 cup of flour and stir until smooth.
  7. Add the last cup of flour and stir.
  8. Add walnuts, dried cranberries, and white chocolate chips until incorporated.
  9. Grease pan and drop dough by using rounded table spoon measurement.
  10. Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Remove from oven, let cool on pan for 2 minutes, and then transfer to wire rack.
