Chicken A Top Rice Recipe
- 1 1/2 c. minute rice, uncooked
- 1/2 c. (4 ounce. can) mushrooms stems
- 1 can creamy chicken mushroom soup
- 1 (1 1/2 c.) soup can lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 c. minced onion
- Paprika
- Poultry seasoning
- 2 1/2 to 3 lbs. frying chicken, cut up
- Mix first 6 ingredients.
- Pour into 2 qt casserole.
- Sprinkle poultry seasoning over chicken, then sprinkle paprika on.
- Put chicken on top of rice, skin side up.
- Cover with waxed paper.
- Cook on full power for 20 to 24 min or possibly till done.
