Creamy Crab Tartlets
- 4 sheets phyllo pastry, thawed
- 1 pkg. (300 g) imitation crabmeat, finely chopped
- 1 cup edamame (shelled), cooked and cooled
- 1/3 cup Miracle Whip made with Olive Oil Spread*
- 2 Tbsp. minced chives
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place one sheet phyllo dough on large cutting board.
- Spray with cooking spray.
- Top with another sheet and spray.
- Repeat layers, lightly pressing together.
- Cut into twelve 4-inch squares.
- Place in 12 medium muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray, pressing in to line cups.
- Bake 8 to10 min.
- until lightly browned.
- Remove to wire rack; cool completely.
- Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients in medium bowl.
- Spoon evenly into cooled shells.
