Creamy Crab Tartlets

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place one sheet phyllo dough on large cutting board.
  3. Spray with cooking spray.
  4. Top with another sheet and spray.
  5. Repeat layers, lightly pressing together.
  6. Cut into twelve 4-inch squares.
  7. Place in 12 medium muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray, pressing in to line cups.
  8. Bake 8 to10 min.
  9. until lightly browned.
  10. Remove to wire rack; cool completely.
  11. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients in medium bowl.
  12. Spoon evenly into cooled shells.
