A Bloody Good Time
- 1 1/2 ounce El Charro Tequila
- 1 ounce Triple Sec
- 3/4 ounce lime juice
- 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon blood orange puree
- Maldon Salt
- Mix 1 1/2 ounces Maldon salt and 1 tablespoon blood orange puree.
- Spread mixture flat onto a saucer and let dry for at least an hour.
- Rim a cocktail glass with blood orange salt.
- In a mixing glass, combine tequila, Triple Sec, lime juice and ice.
- Shake and strain into the rimmed cocktail glass.
- Slowly drip the blood orange puree down the side of the glass for a bloody effect.
