Autumn Salad With Aged Sherry Vinaigrette Recipe

  1. Combine the extra virgin olive oil.
  2. sherry vinegar, shallot, chives, sugar and salt and pepper in a small bowl and whisk together.
  3. Let stand for a few min to combine flavors.
  4. In a large bowl, toss greens, walnuts, Stilton cheese, and pear together.
  5. Pack the dressing and greens in separate containers.
  6. Before serving, drizzle just sufficient dressing to cover greens before serving.
  7. Yield: 2 servings
