Leddie Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Place chicken in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat; add green onion and saute for 1 minute, then stir in soup and water.
  4. Mix well and pour mixture over chicken.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 60 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink inside.
