Eggnog Ring Jello Recipe
- 1 pkg. (3 ounce.) lemon Jello
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1/4 c. cool water
- 1/4 teaspoon rum flavoring, optional
- 3/4 c. canned eggnog
- 1 can (11 ounce.) mandarin oranges
- 1 can (8 ounce.) pear halves
- 1 pkg. (3 ounce.) cherry or possibly raspberry Jello
- 1 c. boiling water
- Dissolve lemon Jello in 1 c. boiling water.
- Add in 1/4 c. cool water and extract.
- Measure 3/4 c. gelatin, add in eggnog.
- Pour into 6 c. ring mold.
- Refrigeratetill set, about 25 min.
- Drain fruits, measuring syrup.
- Add in water to make 3/4 c..
- Dice pears.
- Dissolve red Jello in 1 c. boiling water.
- Add in measured liquid and remaining lemon gelatin.
- Refrigeratetill thick.
- Add in pears and spoon into mold over eggnog mix.
- Arrange oranges near edge of mold, pressing down lightly.
- Refrigerate4 hrs.
