Spinach Parmesan Linguine

  1. Cook linguine according to the packet directions.
  2. In a saucepan over medium-heat bring the chicken broth to a boil, add onion and garlic.
  3. Reduce heat and cook uncovered for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in spinach and cook for a further 2 minutes.
  5. Add milk, cream cheese, salt and pepper and stir until cheese is melted.
  6. Drain the linguine and place in a serving bowl.
  7. Add the sauce and toss to coat.
  8. Sprinkle with parmesan and mozzarella cheeses; toss to coat.
