Ramen With Green Bean
- 2 cup thinly slice french bean
- 3 tbsp noodle water
- 2 packages dried ramen noodle
- 3 clove garlic
- 3 small shallot /onion
- 2 deseeded red chili pepper or omit for non spicy lover
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- 1/4 dash salt
- 2 small cherry tomatoes
- 1 dash black pepper
- COOK RAMEN FIRST
- bring water to a boil then add dried ramen noodle and simmer for 2 minute then drain and keep 3 tbsp of noodle water set aside
- POUNDED PASTE
- pound garlic and shallot with ( deseeded red chili pepper optional ) set aside
- STIR FRY RAMEN
- in pan with 2 tbsp of oil add pounded paste till lightly brown then add green bean and stir fry for half a minute
- add cooked ramen with noodle water and sauce mix well for 2 minute till almost dry then off heat
- serve immediately top tomato and black pepper
