Ramen With Green Bean

  1. COOK RAMEN FIRST
  2. bring water to a boil then add dried ramen noodle and simmer for 2 minute then drain and keep 3 tbsp of noodle water set aside
  3. POUNDED PASTE
  4. pound garlic and shallot with ( deseeded red chili pepper optional ) set aside
  5. STIR FRY RAMEN
  6. in pan with 2 tbsp of oil add pounded paste till lightly brown then add green bean and stir fry for half a minute
  7. add cooked ramen with noodle water and sauce mix well for 2 minute till almost dry then off heat
  8. serve immediately top tomato and black pepper
