My Stuffed Jalapenos

• 4 as needed 4 or more jalapenos
• 2 as needed Any kind of cheese
• 1/4 packages Chorizo
• 1 Onion

1. Slice the peppers the long way down the middle and cut the stem to spread open
2. Layer the cheese I use shredded then onion chopped then the chorizo I used pork after it's stuffed to the top a little shredded cheese
3. Put it in the oven at 250 until cheese is golden brown
