Stuffed Mushroom Dip
- thin woven wheat crackers
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 lb. mushrooms, finely chopped
- 1 red pepper, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
- Crush 30 crackers.
- Melt butter in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add mushrooms, peppers and garlic; cook 8 min.
- or until peppers are crisp-tender and liquid is evaporated, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in cracker crumbs, cheese and sour cream.
- Serve with additional crackers.
