Stuffed Mushroom Dip

  1. Crush 30 crackers.
  2. Melt butter in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add mushrooms, peppers and garlic; cook 8 min.
  4. or until peppers are crisp-tender and liquid is evaporated, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Stir in cracker crumbs, cheese and sour cream.
  7. Serve with additional crackers.
