Sunflower Oatmeal With a Touch of Wheat Bread ( Abm )
- 1 cup water (70 to 80 degrees )
- 2 tablespoons water (70 to 80 degrees )
- 14 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine, softened
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 12 cup quick-cooking oats
- 2 12 cups bread flour
- 12 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
- 2 14 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 12 cup salted sunflower seeds, toasted (shelled of course ( )
- In bread machine pan,place all ingredients in order suggested by your bread machine instructions.
- Select basic bread setting,then choose crust and color setting if available.
- Bake according to bread machine directions.
- After 5 minutes, check to see if you need to add up to 1 to 2 Tablespoons of flour or water.
