Bbq Pork (Cha Siu) Recipe

  2. Mix stock, soy sauce, brown bean sauce, cooking wine, minced garlic, and food coloring.
  3. Pour over pork.

  5. Marinate 3 hrs at room temperature or possibly overnight in the refrigerator.

  9. Place pork on rack over drip pan in oven, reduce heat to 350F, and roast for 1 hour.
